Home Appliances Instructions
BBQ
- Open the BBQ lid, then open the gas from the bottle located in the cabinet
and light the BBQ. - Do not leave the BBQ unattended while in use.
- After use, turn off the control knobs first and then close the gas supply from
the bottle. - Allow the BBQ to cool down and clean the grill.

Pizza Oven
- Open the gas from the bottle located in the cabinet and light the pizza
oven. - Allow the oven to preheat until the temperature reaches 450°C.
- Use the provided pizza peel to place the pizza onto the oven stone.
- Bake for 1 minute, then rotate the pizza.
- Bake for another 1 minute until ready.
- Do not leave the pizza oven unattended while in use.
- After use, turn off the control knob first and then close the gas supply from
the bottle. - Allow the pizza oven to cool down completely before cleaning.

Heat Pump
- The heat pump operation mode is pre-set.
- Do not change the mode (Heating / Cooling / Auto).
- Set only the desired temperature using the + / – buttons.
- Set the fan speed as you prefer (Fan Speed).
- Avoid frequent changes to the settings.
- In case of any issue, please inform the owner.

Dish Washer
- Place one detergent capsule in the designated detergent compartment.
- Load the dishwasher properly and close the door.
- Select the AUTO program (60°C).
- Start the dishwasher and allow the cycle to finish.

Washing Machine
- Load the washing machine with mixed fabrics (do not overload).
- Place one detergent capsule directly into the drum.
- Turn the dial and select the Mixed / Mix program.
- Close the door and press Start.

Tumble Dryer
- Load the tumble dryer with mixed fabrics (do not overload).
- Select the Mixed / Mix program.
- Close the door and press Start.
- After the cycle finishes, remove clothes promptly.

Espresso Machine
- Empty the overflow / drip tray located at the base of the coffee machine.
- Empty the coffee grounds container.
- Clean the red drawer from any coffee residues and dry it thoroughly.
- Make sure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
- Ensure the bean container has enough coffee beans.
- Select the desired coffee quantity.
- Choose whether you want a stronger or lighter coffee by pressing the
corresponding button.

To ensure the house is perfectly prepared for your arrival, check-in begins from 15:00. On departure, we kindly ask that the house is vacated by 11:00. If you require flexibility, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Keep noise to a minimum during this time.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke only in outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Pool
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
Pets
Pets are allowed, as agreed in advance.
Cleanliness
Please treat the house with care. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Electricity & Water Use
Use electricity and water responsibly. Avoid unnecessary consumption.
Furniture & Equipment
Do not move furniture or remove items from the property. Any damage should be reported promptly.
Safety
Do not leave candles or cooking unattended
Lock doors and windows when leaving
Report any issues immediately
Rubbish & Recycling
Please dispose of rubbish regularly and follow local recycling guidelines if provided.

In case of emergency, contact local emergency services and then notify the host as soon as possible.
